I shipped back my impressions. Asked for an update for delivery. Emailed that it would be a few weeks. It has been about 6 and I would appreciate receiving a confirmation of my order and an estimated time for delivery.
I am glad that I can still get my retainers. It didn't last long and I hope if I need another there will be a discount. Mine cracked at the eye tooth
Terrible customer service. Everything changed once Covid hit. Retainers break too easily and they won't stand behind their product.

I ordered a Valentine's Day special where I got 2 sets at 30% off. The first set was for myself, and I sent in the impressions, wore the aligners and my top teeth still aren't completely straight. They don't match the preview I was sent and they want to charge me to order more!!! The second set WAS NEVER SENT TO ME. Granted we sent them in during this Covid crisis, but I can't get anyone to call me or respond to my inquiry or when I can expect my retainers. PLEASE SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME!

I received my impression kit but I never received my preview or retainers! They're sitting on $1200 of my money. I know Covid has made it hard for businesses but I'm a paying customer and should be contacted with an estimate of tike for them to process or refund my order. It's been 6 months since impressions were sent in.

The whole process has been very easy.
So far it was quick and easy! I do wish the 250 down payment came off of the total instead of just adding it on. It almost cancels out the save 400$ money bit, but unfortunately I dont have enough saved to pay it off all at once so I had to do the payment plan.

I love my smile love smile! Prior to COVID the customer service was top notch! During the pandemic there was little or no response and that made me worry. However I did receive my retainer order that was placed during this time....but it took much longer than expected. I hope to continue purchasing products from them! Overall the experience has been good. I think it will get better again overtime.

The program with smilelove Has left me with far from satisfactory results. Had I known that it would of been this shoddy of a job, I never would've bothered trying to straighten my teeth in the first place. I finished the program with unsatisfactory results, I emailed them and sent pictures of my 'completed program' teeth, only to be told 'it was a success ' and then redirected to a page where I'm expected to pay 400 dollars for 'refinements'. Following procedures as such makes the company look like a scam artist. My original plan was meant to straighten my teeth, Smilelove had zero accountability for the fact that it didn't. I find myself asking how am I to know that after the 'refinements' I'll be any better off than I am now? Smilelove has failed to meet the expectation of the product it was selling. I should get a refund at least. Instead I was asking for a correction, a chance for the company to live up to the expectations of the product it was selling. But I was expected to pay more!?!?!

Ordered retainers in May. Charged my CC immediately, never heard back. Never responded to any of my customer service emails. Finally had to dispute with CC to get a refund. I read shortly afterwards that Smilelove went bankrupt.
I’ve reached out to your company 3 times in regards to my broken retainer which is 5 mths old. No customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay for another retainer when I was promised it would last 2 yrs
