I called Shop Chimney because I just put in a wood stove and wanted to make sure I got the right brushes and accessories to clean my flue. The guy I talked to was very helpful with both his advise and ease in paying for the products. The only think that could've made it better would be for a ShopChimney crew to come over and cut some wood for me.

I was very disappointed with how the merchandise arrived. Every piece damaged because it wasn't packaged correctly. There wasn't any wrapping or padding whatsoever. Just metal pieces all banging around together. But you were extremely responsive to my concern and took care of it by discounting the price and refunded it the next day. Very impressed with the customer service. And for that reason I'd recommend you.

I received a good response from manufacturer on failed log lighter gas/air mixing adapter. Quick replacement with no hassle. I'm not sure if that was due to your intervention, or the manufacturer acted proactively (I also reported the problem directly to them). The brass fitting is a bad design with inadequate wall thickness. I'm still not too optimistic for long term reliability, but we'll see how it works out. I had a good experience with your store...I'll likely be a return customer.

Ordered my BBQ online after calling about the product to ensure product depicted in advertisement was complete. Received BBQ without grates. After a call to customer service, it was determined that the grates should have been a separate purchase. However, SHOP CHIMNEY honored the sale and sent me the grates. Now THAT is real customer service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
