I ordered this tote on Thursday, the 21st of August. It was shipped the same day! I received it on Monday the 26th - one day before expected. I am so pleased with the service I received from Sewing Machines Plus!!! I will order from them again. As for the tote - it far exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is wonderful and my Brother CS6000i sewing machine fits in it like a glove. I cannot be more pleased!

I was able to use this machine briefly before developing physical problems which prevented me from sewing. I was enjoying it but was still learning how to use all the features. In the mean time I've misplaced the manual and cord to plug it in Now I find that the machine has been discontinued and no parts are available. Is there anyone who can help with information or a manual?

I have had this machine for 3 years and have made quilts, clothes, etc. and it has been a super performer. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone wishing to purchase it.

I purchased a Janome MC11000SE from Sewing Machines Plus earlier this Summer. Since it was a huge investment for me, there was a lot of deliberation on my part. Pam Brown, sales/customer service, helped me through that difficult decision process. She was patient, responsive and understanding of my initial hesitance. She sought out all of the answers to my questions, and dispelled rumors of potential problems, even contacting the President of Janome at one point. It was easy to see that she loved her job and felt that she had a great company behind her. If I would have purchased the same machine at a local distributorship I would have have paid twice as much...believe me, I checked it out! I was somewhat leery about not having local support, but, SMP's customer service and master mechanics are just an email or phone call away.I am not a real computer savvy person. I do have to say that, at first, I was a little bit overwhelmed...but, I quickly got past that and now I LOVE this machine. I am a quilter and wanted to add embroidery to my repertoire. Right out of the box it embroidered beautifully. I am still learning about all of the wonderful things this machine can do. My only problem is not having enough hours in the day to enjoy this great machine.Thank you, Sewing Machines Plus!

Had this machine for two days and had some issues that made me think about sending it back. Some reviews said not to use cheep thread I did had no issues with it breaking however the machine kept telling me my thread broke finally it would stitch a few stitches the tell me my thread broke bit it had not. I was getting irritated and about ready to send back when I decided to take the cover off to see how it was threading I discovered it was sitting on top of the tension disk instead of going thru a nice tug on the sting and it popped right in place and haven't had any further issues love this machine and software
