My Mentor found this website online and knew I was in the market for a serger, so she showed it to me. When I saw that the store is located just a few hours drive, I decided to stop in. The store is big, clean, well stocked, and easy to find. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The AMAZING thing is, not matter how many thousands of dollars I've spent over the years on sewing (and you all know thousands is a modest assessment LOL ) and how many dozens of different stores, this is the FIRST store to send a thank you card! The BLE8 (it doesn't have the wave feature like the one advertised here) was a previously loved machine, and they sold it to me for a Fantastic price plus threw in a few extras. I've owned the machine for 3 months now, it works like a charm, and I just adore the features!! The air threading is worth it's weight in gold, and my absolute favorite feature is fact I can pull the knives out of the way and run a straight stitch just like a sewing machine. The BLE8 will utilize up to 8 threads. the most I've used so far is 5. I've used up to 3 wolley nylon cones at one time with excellent results. The BLE8/ BLE8W comes with a quick reference guide which is a fantastic full color heavy weight brochure that shows what each configuration (of threads) looks like with the finished product .The only drawback I've found so far is that there is no detailed explanation of how to fine tune each dial. As an example, the quick reference will show a 3 thread overlock, and it will tell you the optimum setting for that stitch, which is great, but if I want a shorter or longer, a wider or narrower stitch, I have to play with the dials and stitch on a lot of scrap to get the exact stitch I want. I'm sure MOST people will never find it necessary to make those fine tuned adjustments, which is probably why it's not included in the instructions :D

I just got my new Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine It's rather Cool looking and not that hard to use, I love the way it sews all of the stitchs with just a few flips of the dials this machine is easier to use then most of the machines I had tested out before hand.I did try this very machine at another store however I bought it at sewing machines plus because I couldn't have found a better price for this Machine

I see posts about the automatic threader - another thing to watch is that you are only pressing it from the top. I have had my machine for 2 years now and never had a bit of trouble from the threader. This machine is not like any other sewing machine that you can figure out the threading - it is a definite must read the instructions kind of machine.

My new Janome Sewist 500 is so easy to use!!! I am using it to do simple sewing projects and it has served me very well. It is very lightweight to carry. The size fits nicely on my table. It's a joy to have a sewing machine that practically threads the needle itself. No more struggling with that project! If my grandmother was alive she would be amazed how much advancement sewing machines have evolved. You won't be disappointed.

Terrific! I just got this machine last week to replace my old Singer. This machine is a dream! The moment I got home I took it out and started sewing. I really love how easy this machine is to use. This machine has a very smooth solid feel to it. I LOVE IT! I would recommend this to everyone!

I absolutely love my cherry finish "Bertha" and "Suzi" Cabinets. I had a Mason sewing cabinet for years and loved it. I thought I would never find a cabinet I liked as well for my new Brother Innov-is 2800 Machine. I needed a large work space and some storage. I got both with Bertha and Suzi. They are perfect for my needs. Love them!

I purchased this machine in the summer 2010. I use it extensively for quilting. The walking foot is fabulous! Haven't had any problems with this machine. I have sewn on it for over 800 hours. I clean it after completing each quilt, usually queen size. Love all the features. I highly recommend the Decorator's Choice.

I bought the Singer 3323S Talent to give to my daughter-in-law in order to teach her to sew. It arrived and I took it for a test drive trying out all the stitches and functions. This little beauty sews smooth as butter! It is easy to learn and is perfect for any beginner or even for someone who likes having a spare machine for when you are sewing something which requires different colored threads---you can have two machines set up with different colors. It has enough creative stitches for the average sewer and the one step buttonholer is great along with all the accessories you get. For gift giving I think it's perfect because it's pretty to look at too. I am very pleased with it and I think my daughter-in-law will love it!

After becoming acquainted with the Jem Gold 660 in Africa, I bought one last year for my personal use. This year I bought 2 more for my children and grandchildren. This is a great little machine that sews sweetly and is light-weight. It works so smoothly that I hardly ever get out my old machine. I haven't found anything that I want to do that it can't handle. Thanks!

I love this machine, from the automatic thread cutting (which saves time), to the needle threader. Love, love love this machine. So many stitches to choose from. Would love to get the pressor foot that cuts while you sew. I didn't know you could get one till recently. I highly recommend this machine.

I have had mine for over 2 years without any problems. I bought extra brackets, but I can’t seem to remember to take it with me when I go to class or I have more than one machine setup at a time and need a second lite. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because I think it should come with a second bracket standard and I think the cord looks flimsy. So far, it has held up to use.

This machine is a woriker. Mine is barely a month old and already is going on 50 hrs. What does that tell you. I am exploring every avenue of this machines abilities, and yet has to let me down in proformance. Embroidering is unbelievable, simply perfect. A fantastic investement for someones home crafting designs.

This sewing machine is fun to use and very helpful in all my sewing projects.

I use this topping on all towels and knits when I embroidery any design. It keeps the stitches from going deep into the plush or pile and tears away when I am finished. The topping that doesn't tear away (that is perhaps in small areas of the embroidery) disapears when I apply a pressing cloth (manditory) and heat from my iron. Couldn't do without it.

What a GREAT purchase :):). The table is worth all the money I spent. The table is easy to install (tools are coming with the item), very stable, height adjustment is great, all wheels are working well and can be locked if necessary. In addition I have a lot of storage space underneath the table surface. And ...Either I can stand in front of the table to cut/draw, or I can sit down. Very convenient. Leaves are easy to fold/unfold, big working area. I highly recommend this table to all who want to spent a little bit more money to get a high quality item. VERY friendly Customer Service.

I have a Bernette 92C and love it. It is my first sewing machine and so far it does everything I need. Eventually, I will upgrade to a "real" Bernina but for now the Bernette 92C is perfect.

I have this machine and nothing could be easier and fun to use. I can go on-line and download free pattern and paid for pattern on a usb stick and some (depending on stitch count) hold patterns in the machines memory. It gives you 3 fonts in 3 sizes the mirror is great when you want the same pattern on the left and right.I have a Bernina sewing machine and wanted to trade it in for a sewing/embroidery machine but since my machine was already paid for, buying this machine saved me thousands of dollars.

Excellent price, great quality, good features. I recently purchased this machine for my mother. When she was younger, she was an excellent seamstress. As she's gotten older though, she mostly only does mending and minor alterations. She had an electronic Singer machine that stopped working - and since she now lives in a much smaller place she doesn't have a sewing room anymore and needed a light machine that she could use on her desk or dining room table. I own a Janome and love how it works - so when I found this smaller, lighter machine, I thought my mom should try it. We LOVE it!!! It's really light - easy to move and easy to store. It sews beautifully, and is a good, solid machine. It's basic - three lengths of straight stitching and three (or four, I can't exactly remember) zigzag settings and a couple of other stitches. These are controlled by the large knob on the front of the machine. There is also a tension control, reverse stitch and auto-button holer. When using it, it sews and feels like a full sized machine - I cannot really tell the difference between it and my machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone doing regular garment sewing - it has just enough features to make sewing convenient - if I didn't already have a machine, I'd buy this for myself in a second - and it's so pretty!!!

I purchased this machine to take to quilting classes and for it's blanket stitch. It is a very easy machine to use and the stitches are very good. I am amazed at all of the stitches on this machine and believe it is worth the price.

Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
