I bought this because I was tired of trying to hand quilt king size quilts in hoop frame. It was not easy to put together, but once it was up, I couldn't believe how I had struggled all those years. Attaching the backing, batting and top is extremely easy. The hand quilted king size quilts and wall hangings I have done since getting this frame are the best I have ever completed.

I love this sewing machine. I use a sewing machine daily (commercial, which is totally different), and just love this machine for the different stitches, the ease in changing from straight stitch to fancy ones, the ease of button holes, it's just wonderful. Out of all the plain sewing machines I have tried, this is the best, and I would highly recommend it to anyone, beginning sewer or advanced.

I have had this machine for about 3 years and it is wonderful, out of the box it has been easy to use. Since then I have gotten the serger workbook by babylock, which has made it even better. I am doing things that I did not even know a serger could do. My first serger was a (S.....) and it was so aggravating that i just gave up on using it. I could not be happier with the purchase of my Imagine

This is a state of the art machine. I love everything about it. Yesterday, I made a quick t-shirt for my grandson's party and I marvel each time at its quiet motor, the wonderful lighting and the comfortable opening for fabric to sit flat. I don't think there is a comparable machine around. I have owned Babylock machines for more than 20 years and they have outdone themselves in the construction of this machine.

This is an excellent machine. It sews so smoothly, balanced seaming without any effort, very quiet, it's a solid machine. I'm discovering what the various feet can do well....I purchased this JUKI for all of my serging. And I have a Juki MO 735 just for coverstitching. It's excellent too.... JUKI makes great home sewing machines. They should do a better job in marketing their home sewing machines in America.....

I have owned my machine for 1 1/2 years and have never been disappointed by it's performance. I have sewed silk gowns, tailored wool jackets, denim jeans, and all weights of knits and cottons with perfect stitches. The AcuFeed systen sews heavy fabrics beautifully. I love the automatic thread cutter and could never live without it. I think the machine was worth every penny. I don't think it has any competition in it's price range.

These shears are the best! Over the years, I have tried many others, but none holds its sharpness all the way to the points the way Ginghers do. The two blades have different functions. One is a knife-edge which does the actual cutting, while the other acts as a "platform" (for lack of a better word) to hold the fabric in place as it is being cut. The sheath protects the cutting blade and the points if the scissors are accidentally dropped.

Another easy to use Babylock, I love making serger pintucks with this machine. Once again, I was able to take out of the box and go with no problems. At first I thought I should just get another serger that has the cover stitch capabilities, but now I am glad that I bought the separate machine. I leave it set up next to my serger so I don't have to switch my serger settings and can easily go back and forth on the mcahines during a project.

I am so glad I purchased this machine. It is light so I can travel with it in my carry on bag - putting the "loose extra's" in my checked luggage. This is as nice to sew on as my full size Janome sewing machine, has many of the same features and much lighter to take to classes. I can't wait to take it to our summer cottage! My 11 year old niece also got one to learn to sew on! It makes our sewing lesson so much more fun for her when the machine works so good!

These are the best scissors I have ever used...hands down. I bought my first pair, which is also the ones I am still using, in 1983 when I was working in a fabric shop in California. There were a number of brands to choose from. I am so glad I chose these. I use them for cutting out patterns and for cutting quilt pieces. I have never had to sharpen them. They are as sharp as the day I bought them. Would I recommend them to a friend....you bet I would! They are fantastic.

I am an experienced sewer who hasn't sewn since my kids were little but decided with grandbabies on the way would need to get back into it. Replacing an older model with this new machine has brought back my love of sewing. The machine is quiet, fast and has a wide selection of stitch choices to handle most of my needs. I have been using it for a lot of quilting and have been very happy with the results. I would recommend this machine with confidence, it's a great buy for the money.

When I initially purchased a serger, I was a little hesitant about the complicated threading system! This machine took the complication out of the equation! Threading it is SO EASY! I love my BabyLock and wouldn't recommend ANYTHING ELSE!!! The air system is great - it truly makes threading a "breeze"! I also love the threading guide that comes with the machine for all the different stitches. It's easy to follow and the different threads are color-coded so there is no question about which thread goes where!

I was looking for a machine that would allow me to function easily with very limited sight and hearing. With this machine the buttons are raised and I don't need to worry as much about "seeing" items as I would with many electronic units. I have already memorized several settings even though I got the machine last week- it is that simple to operate- and have made several desperately needed repairs. I love this machine and would recommend it to anyone. You can focus on sewing and leave the machine to the settings.

I have had sewing machines in my home for the past 70 years and used many brands, By far the best machine I ever owned is the Janome. It is easy to thread, sew and keep clean. I am so thrilled with the Janome that I purchased a Janome sewing machine for my daughter, who never wanted to learn to sew, and for my dauthter-in-law, who is anxious to learn to sew. They are learning, but still save all the sewing for me to do when I visit. At least I have a great machine to use when I visit in Cincinnati and Colorado.

I've been quilting now for six years. And through the years I've seen quilting friends using the Janome machines and heard them rave about them: they are lightweight, very quiet, easy to use, great features, etc. One Sunday morning my Pfaff quit on me and I was desperate for a machine (way too many unfinished projects). I went to purchase a new machine and fell in LOVE with the Janome AQS-2009 - American Quilter's Society 25th Anniversary Machine. The prize was perfect, the machine is perfect, the customer service PERFECT!!!!!
Why Trust Verified Reviews?
Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
So, when searching for Verified Reviews, look for the name you know you can trust. Shopper Approved.
