Small and simple to use. Nothing is complicated and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Everyone at Sewing Machines Plus went above and beyond with my entire purchase. There was a couple of problems, first by FedEx and second by the Grace Co and SMP were great with their compassion, understanding the problem and solving the problem as quick as possible. 100% would recommend to anyone for sewing needs.

I had a couple of problems with my multi box shipment. Nothing to do with Sewing Machines Plus. It was the Grace Company itself and the shipper. The customer service department, whom I contacted several times, were nothing but polite, understanding and quick to help me solve the issues even though they weren't at fault. I knew exactly where I was in the process of fixing the problem and they followed up to make sure everything was okay. This is old fashion service and is what gains return business.

I have not had an opportunity to use my stylus yet. I am trying to get a project ready so I can use it. I am very excited and cannot wait to use it. I have it installed on my frame and I have practiced a little, but want to get a project ready so I can really use it and not just practice.

Sewing Machines Plus gave me the best price for my item and they are very quick to send out the items. The people that you can chat with online are very knowledgeable about the items also. Awesome little laser -- wish there was a version for sewing machines - using it to trace artwork as well as pictographs.

Reasonably priced and solved my problem. I had difficulty finding a laser stylus for my Tin Lizzie. This works great and also works with my Grace frame. It seems to be a universal stylus. There are two ways it can be attached to the carriage or to the handles, so it is versatile. The customer service representative was very helpful and knowledgable.
