I ordered a JUKI years ago from Sewing Machines Plus & appreciated their special financing - it helped me get my First JUKI serger - which I love! So - I'm ordering another JUKI! Why? Because I need TWO of them to keep my sewing room running smoothly - I can Count on JUKI! Would have appreciated a better price on my first one - which was almost triple in pricing - that I would have to give a TWO STARS against. You've grown to be a better a company. B. L.

I don't have problem with customer service with sewing machines .com. I always get their quick response every time I have questions regarding my order. I'm very satisfied with all the purchased I had , except the dressform. 3 days after I used the dressform, the adjusting height is broken. For me, I realized that for extra money I would have bought a professional Dressform.
