Received unit with damaged parts, contacted the manufacturer, excellent support they replaced the damaged items quickly. Wife loves the size of the top. Is a large project to assemble, take your time. Used a drill to drill pilot holes where indents were. Definately need a power screwdriver to assemble.

This product come disassembled and the directions are very challenging. The lift component is dangerous if you are not careful. The desk has many nice features for storage which is why I purchased it.

I’m enjoying my new Kangaroo and Joey sewing cabinet. I received the free Kiwi now I have so much storage! It was easy to put together, a bit time consuming but not difficult.. the wrong instructions were in one box but easy to find online. I received a few extra pieces that are not being used, but had all I needed. Looks like there was a Knagaroo and kangaroo 2 cabinet so not sure if some pieces were for the other. Had to make adjustments to the hydraulic lift but easily found videos to follow for assembly. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I received my sewing cabinet and custom insert quickly. The insert cam about a week and a half after the cabinet. All was there and nothing missing. Would definitely purchase from this site again!

Disappointed that not parts were included and had to call for parts to be delivered. Also the instructions in the box were not the most up to date instructions Again another call to the manufacture All in all disappointed since this is an expensive purchase and by the having all the pieces and correct instructions it is now February and the cabinet is still not put together even though I had purchase prior to Christmas.

Love this cabinet, ordered the Teak, beautiful color. Easy to follow directions for assembly, website for video directions are provided if needed. The insert fits perfectly. Customer service while ordering couldn't have been better. I am very pleased with this purchase. My only suggestion would be to have a little more space to the right of the machine.
