I have only used it to quite one quilt and i really like it. It cuts the strings fo short, i do not have to go back and clip them when i am finished.

I love everything about this machine! It is extremely user friendly and, much to my surprise, it arrived ready to sew with the tensions and stitch length pre set. While the automated thread cutter is one of my favorite features, cutting both the top and bottom threads, all of the features on this machine are all very well thought out and allow a person to keep their hands on their project at all times from start to finish. I look forward to sewing on this machine for years to come :):):)

I thoroughly researched heavy duty manual sewing machines. At the end of my research it came down to the Juki 5500N or the Juki TI-2010Q. I called sewingmachineplus.com and received a live person to talk with who was very helpful and very knowledgeable in comparing the two models for me. At the end of our conversation I decided that the Juki TI-2010Q suited my needs best. Upon placing the order I received an email a couple of days later asking me if I knew that this machine was a straight stitch only machine before they shipped it. I thought this was amazing! I did know that this was a straight stitch only machine but had I not known this about the TI-2010Q this email would have saved everyone a lot of headaches. On top of the great service I received, they were selling the Juki TI-2010Q for less than I could find it anywhere else, and I got free shipping (It took about 10 days to arrive from the day I placed the order). I also ordered machine gloves with my sewing machine, which they informed me were on backorder, and sadly I still haven't received them (ordered them on April 15th and it's now May 7th). I haven't contacted them yet concerning the gloves. I am hoping they show up before I have to call them to inquire where they are. Then, that will make my transaction with sewingmachineplus.com a 100% flawless transaction and I can, with peace of mind, recommend their services to anyone and everyone :)

The JUKI 2010Q is by far the best sewing and easiest operating machine. I love the needle up/down, and thread cutter. I wish I had gotten it sooner. Advice to anyone considering this machine go ahead, you will be glad you did. I am. Ordering and shipping were smooth and very timely.
