This machine is a dream to sew on! Love the auto thread cutter and needle threader! The touch screen is so easy to use and the bobbin winder with it’s independent motor is a great feature. Highly recommend!

This was my first purchase from SewingMachinePlus.com and I was extremely satisfied. After I had placed my order, I was actually called on the phone to discuss if this was the right purchase for my sewing needs before the machine shipped. I thought that was a professional touch! Shipping time was very quick - machine arrived very well packaged.

I have only used this machine for two days, but so far I am very pleased with it. It’s pretty intuitive to use and I’m technologically inept! And it’s soooo quiet.

This is a beautiful machine and the price was lower than Amazon. Operating it is a dream. My only issue is the Bonus pkg of needles and bobbins was not included due to being back ordered. A lovely woman assured me they would be sent soon as possible. Guess we'll see

Purchased this model 3 yrs ago and 6 months ago it broke was told it was a gear. The repairman did not fix. Never said couldn't get part but i find out on your site that the bobbin parts are no long available. Why is this machine still on the market if can't get parts needed?

I've had this machine for several months now and love pretty much everything about it - heavy enough so it doesn't move when sewing but doesn't weigh a ton, a multitude of stitches, easy to operate, and goes through many layers like they're butter. While I don't sew daily I do sew several times a week so it's been put through the paces. My only problem is the auto-threader is finicky - you have to have the needle at the perfect height or it won't thread the needle. (I never had this problem with my Brother sewing machine, it auto-threads every time with no problem.) If not for the auto-thread situation I would have given this machine 5 stars.

This was a Christmas present from Hubs with all the upgrades I desired at a very pleasant affordable price. Feed dogs able to be lowered. Needle down position. Easy self threading needle and bobbin. Separate bobbin motor. Easy to use sewing foot pedal with heel press to cut thread when sewing is completed. Quite operation and smooth. I had compared this machine to the upgraded Brothers and I got everything and more I wanted for a whole lot less of price. Very Happy and enjoyable sewing experience. Did I mention it handles bulk fabric smoothly. Happy Sewer

I bought this machine 4 months ago and it has delivered on every expectation. I upgraded to this machine after starting out with a hand me down. My must haves were a top loading bobbin, auto threader, auto thread cutter and SPEED. I do quilting, make bags, doggie bandannas, thick toweling and more. It does great with all of it. It's a workhorse and the price was very comparable with other brands, but the Juki had so many more features. Sewingmachinesplus had wonderful customer service and were very knowledgeable and helped me make my decision when purchasing. You can't go wrong with a Juki!

Bit of bait and switch as the machine I ordered was supposedly not in stock and this one was offered at a slightly higher but elevated price. Don't know much about the machine as this was a gift for my daughter.

Absolutely amazing machine. Makes sewing incredibly easy for a beginner. The drop in bobbin, auto needle threader, and thread cutter is amazing. Love that so many stitches come preprogrammed. Can’t wait to make many projects on this!
