I Love this machine. I bought it to go with my quilty frame because of the wider throat and it works perfectly. Also the customer service is beyond excellent. It's nice to know when you call customer service they know about sewing machines because they use sewing machines and they love sewing as much as you do

I was skeptical at first because I don't like ordering sewing machines online. But the ordering process was easy. I did call customer service after I received my order and it was very nice talking with someone that enjoyed sewing and sewing machines as much as I do

I contacted them 3times each time was different with a little more to the picture as to where my machine was and to get tracking number! This was an emergency purchase as main machine was in for repairs and I had Christmas sewing to do! If I had the last message first I would have completed cutting out instead of waiting each day for it to arrive!

Very easy website to use. Lots of photos and videos which are very helpful. Great variety of machines and accessories. They also have the instructions on Youtube which makes it very easy to set up and get started.

My work has purchased this machine for me and I've been using it for about a year. I don't have any complaints about the machine itself. Mine came with a faulty motor, but it got fixed under the warranty right away, no functional issue, BUT this machine has one feature to it that drives me insane on a daily. On any other machine I've ever used, when I pressed the reverse button - it would go into reverse right away. Not on this one. If you are going forward and press the reverse button - it does one extra stitch. Same when you let go of the reverse button - it does an extra stitch. So you kind of have to let go of the pedal before the stitch needs to end. I've been using it for about a year and I still can't quite get the right moment to let go of the pedal for my stich to end where I want it to end. It's extremely annoying. I have to slow down significantly to get it to stop at the right time, I've never had this issue with any other machine. If you reverse from a stationary point, it also doesn't start stitching right away - it goes down in the same spot twice before starting to sew. Moreover, you can only use the pedal with reverse stitch if you pressed the reverse button while going forward, if you didn't catch the right moment to do so and you start from a stationary point - you'll be stuck with the slowest speed. Seems ridiculous since even my $120 brother machine does the reverse stitch at normal speed, meaning you can use your food to regulate it. It's a small thing, but it annoys me to no end, because it slows down my work and it seems like such a stupid thing to not think through on a machine in this price category and from this brand. This one detail is why I would never buy this machine again. The loop threader that is advertised as an improvement also works 50/50 and seems flimsy. The machine is great, but they didn't think through these tiny details, so decide for yourself if this is something you want to live with.

There was a small issue with FedEx and this has nothing to do with sewing machine plus it's a FedEx problem across the board but they require signature which is great because I really appreciate sewing machine Plus making it more secure for me to receive my item but the problem lies with FedEx because I wasn't home to sign and it took them forever to route my product to a hub by the time it went through their system the weekend had came and I was actually home on the 3rd attempt to receive my sewing machine so when I contacted customer service with sewing machine Plus they were the most awesome people to work with they never made me feel like I was being a pain for calling and they solved my issues and really felt like they cared about me as a customer I would definitely recommend sewing machine Plus to anyone

This machine is exactly what I needed. I love the free-arm feature as I do make a number of handbags that require stitching while usine that feature. I also make quilts and like the ease of doing the piecing for my projects.

I love it! I'm new to sewing and it was very easy to use after taking about 30 minutes getting used to things like threading, adjusting pressure, learning the product and where all the features are located. I had a straight stitch Juki years ago and it worked great, so I was excited to try their more advanced model.

I am so pleased with the purchase of my Juki sewing/quilting machine. It came highly recommended from a friend. I bought the sewing machine without ever having looked at one in person, so I was a bit anxious about whether I would like it. I have been using it now for a couple of weeks, and I love it. Got the 20 bobbins, not the 100 needles but honestly that’s no big deal. The big deal is I DIDNT receive 5 out of 6 presser feet (only got the standard foot which was on the machine) and i really need the auto buttonhole foot made specifically for this machine, I didn’t receive the screwdriver, I didn’t receive 4 bobbins (only 1 inside bobbin case), didn’t receive extra spool caps (only one already on spool), didn’t receive Seam ripper, and I DID receive hard case. All in all I want the things that are supposed to come standard with this machine!! I actually ordered 2 of this same machine and bonus package from this site and BOTH of them arrived without these things. It’s been months so I’m sure I’ll never get the items. Very disappointed!!!

Great product however they should have let us know the bonus pack was backordered on the packing slip. Would have saved time and aggravation on both ends. Sill have not received.

FedEx has consistently changed the delivery day 3 times still claiming there on time or early. Not fun when a signature is required!
