Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. The machine was well packed and it took no time to set it up. The price was cheaper than Amazon (or my local sewing center). I love with this machine. It is by far the best I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend both Sewing Machines Plus and the Juki Exceed machines.

First time Juki user. Now I know what I have been missing for the last 40 years. I've always used Brother or Singer machines because of brand recognition and price of course. So glad I did my research before purchasing a new machine.

Quick shipping, helpful on line chat. I did not use customer service for this machine but contacted them for some assisitance with my first Juki, they were more than capable. Love me my Juki from SewingMachinesPlus!

I had issues threading the bobbin and the directions were not clear. I called tech support I was told someone would contact me within 24-74 hours. That is truly unacceptable. I work also. I don’t sit at my home sewing machine available to talk at your convenience. I did however get a call back the next day and the tech was very helpful. I feel the issue has been resolved.

The. Customer Service person I talked to was not helpful. The Wait time to talk to a Technical Support person was unacceptable. Sewing machines are a hobby for most the rest of us have jobs like you do. I can't be available with a time slot of 24-72 hours. That is ridiculous. Need a better process to address your customer issues.

This machine is AWSOME! It has the easiest needle threading system I have ever had on any machine and I have owned 9-10 sewing machines. It is so quiet and the stitches are perfect. The bobbin winder is also excellent. I have only had this machine in my possession for two hours, but I finished a quilt by sewing on the binding and I loved sewing with it! I would recommend this machine to everyone!

I have been considering upgrading to a JUKI F300 for some time now. Years, actually. Buying it from Sewing Machines Plus was easy, and I started using it on current projects almost immediately after it was delivered.

The website is easy to search. I found the product I was looking for. However, since I bought the machine with a "quilter's package", I found the invoice to be confusing. My machine showed up twice on the invoice, and there were no prices. So, it was back ordered and not back ordered. And I couldn't immediately see if I have ordered 2 by mistake? Confusing layout.

Awesome easy website and 5 star service. Had customer service agent call and tell me it was on backorder and was I still wanting the machine I picked out. I said yes, and that I would wait. A week later I recieved my Juki and have been sewing ever since. Thank you

Very pleased with this Juki. The buttonhole foot is fantastic. This machine was purchased to replace a 3 week old Janome 4120QDC. I didn’t the buttonholes on the Janome, they were inconsistent, needing to be ripped out. The Juki was cheaper, as well.

The only problem I have is the vibration when sewing. I have it on an oak table so thats not the reason for the vibration of the machine.

It vibrates too much. it sews really well. Other than the vibration I have no complaints at this time. I like the thread cutter especially.

I am so happy with my juki. I have never had one and did not know how nice they were. I've already made me a bedroom ensemble and I will be doing a lot of sewing now

I had an issue and I spoke to customer service at least three times maybe more, and they all had different answers so I was late and getting my machine
