This machine arrived on time. I've not had an opportunity to unbox is and use it as of today but I'm excited to be able to begin playing with it soon. I was surprised that it was shipped in it's original box without being placed inside a larger box with packing. Just hoping that nothing was damaged 'cause some items I've ordered from other places have been greatly damaged from rough handling by the delivery company.

I treated myself to a new machine (this is my second) and I am in absolute love. I've been sewing for two years, and this machine is really pushing my sewing to the next level. I was nervous to switch to an electronic machine after being on a mechanical beginner's machine, but the interface is extremely easy to learn. Highly recommend! Also, I love how quiet the DX7 is!

I had problems with a different vendor when I decided to buy this model. You were helpful and I am happy with my purchase. I was disappointed that you sell a generic bobbin, not the Juki brand. I read other reviews where users had problems with generic bobbins. I chose to buy genuine Juki bobbins from a different vendor.

This machine is beautiful and does everything that I’ve ever wished for a machine to do. All the extra features are what dreams are made of! This is going to be perfect for all of my larger projects and heavy duty fabrics. Shipping was fast and my machine came in with no damage.

I have had the machine for 3 months now and it has had more issues than my 15 year old sewing machine has had. It started with a “rubbing” sound in the bobbin compartment. It sound like some metal started rubbing up against each other somewhere, where it wasn’t supposed to. So, after two trips into the service department the tech said there was a burr and he ground it down. So, after getting home and a little more oil, it’s no longer making the noise and is sewing great. Well, now something is wrong with the computer. I went to adjust the height of the float function and it started making this awful Sound and would not let me do anything. Could lift or lower the foot, couldn’t exit the screen I was on, I even tried turning it off then back on. It turned on making the same noise and I still couldn’t do anything. After the fourth time of turning it off then on it let me lower the foot and it stopped the noise. Then later on the night, it did the same thing when I tried to use the button to lower the foot. Same awful noise, same inability to make it stop. Took about 5 or 6 times of turning off then back on before I could lower the foot and make that awful noise stop. And now there is something wrong the the quality of the sewing again. This machine has definitely turned me off of computerized sewing machines and the Juki brand. It sucky because I’ve heard such good things about Juki. And I have seen one negative review about this machine. Maybe I got a dud, but for $1,400, that shouldn’t happen.
