I've been sewing my whole life and have owned many sewing machines. This Juki DDL 8700 is my absolute favorite. It's super fast if I want it to be and it's super quiet too. The delivery was really easy. My husband put it together for me with the help of a YouTube video. So far no problems at all. I love it!

I love my machine it's exactly what I had hoped for. I got the Juki DDL 8700. With shipping cost it cost just as much as others I've seen without the shipping. There was a chunk missing out of one corner but no one will ever see it and it was expected to have damage somewhere like it says in the description.

Everything from sewing machine pokies was great I had no issues buying the product out using it after arrival. I only had trouble with the shipping company which is not their fault.

Only thing I'm not a fan of is when I asked about other machines the person on the chat from sewing machine plus pointed me to super expensive machines kinda like 'don't get this one get the more expensive one' after she did that I closed that chat because I already knew their intentions. Glad I did my own research!

My issue is that I received the wrong table. I did reach out to customer service last week but I didn't hear back yet. I love this machine! It is an amazing product. Only disappointment is wrong table delivered.
