This is my third machine (all different) from Sewing Machines Plus! I always come here first when doing my research on a new machine purchase and I always end up back here. I love how quick everything ships and everything is always well packaged.

I haven't actually use the Cover Pro yet but love my Janome sewing machine so I'm excited to get started soon. My 4 stars are based solely on past experience with this brand.

One of the reasons I purchased this from sewing machines plus is because of the bonus that comes with it. Is was the same price as many other places all over the internet. The items with the free bonus package they were including in with it made it worth the purchase. HOWEVER, when I was shipped the Janome 1000CPX Cover Pro with the free bundle package the Janome CoverPro Wide Elastic Gathering Attachment -795817106 was not included in my shipment. It is one of the advertised free items still advertised online. I email them 2 weeks ago when I got my sewing machine. Sent them a picture of the packaging list that proved they shipped it to me without that item included. It has been 2 weeks since I have emailed about my order and I have had no response. Nothing about it going on back order, nothing. If it is gone you should have change your advertisement. When it was sent out, when I emailed 2 weeks ago it still said it was free with the purchase. If it is something still coming make that known. Email me back, and send me what was advertised during my purchase.

These machines are pretty nice to have but be sure you carefully follow the manufacturers instructions. I own two of them now, and find the tension settings to be more important than any of the dozens of machines we operate. Tailored West, Inc. Nanci Kezar CEO

First coverstitch machine, and so far so good. The guide is worthless though and had to order a better one that screws into the base well.

Nice selection of machines. Quite happy with the ease of threading the coverstitch machine in lieu of my serger which does both.

Everything has been wonderful! I can't believe how amazing and quick it was to hem the circle skirt for an adult dress!! The machine works perfectly straight from the box, and I can't wait to see all the things I use it for!

When I placed my order, one of the accessories that was part of the bonus package was on back order. Customer service called to let me know about the issue and to see if I wanted everything else right away or if I wanted to wait for the back ordered piece to be available. I said the back ordered piece could be shipped separately when it came in, and the rest of my order was processed that day. I hadn't had a lot of time to play with the new machine in the first 2 weeks, but the back ordered accessory shipped out maybe a week after the rest of the order and arrived quickly without my ever having to contact the company to find out where it was. Everything was super easy and quick!

Many machines come with enigmatic instructional books and usually it takes time to set them up and start them. Not this one. Exceptionally user friendly and kindly set up in advance by the seller this machine will jump to work for you like no other. Lucky me to choose this tool! This is the second machine I’ve purchased from this place and both machines are my beloved! Thank you for helping us choose the tool we really need and love and thank for you for very fast delivery!

Oh my gosh! This machine is such a dream. I can't believe I waited so long to get one. I opened the box, put it on my table and started sewing. Beautiful stitches and runs so smoothly. . I bought the clear foot which I thought was pretty pricey but it has proved it's worth as I can see exactly where I'm going. If you want a Cover Stitch machine, this is it...don't wait like I did...it's worth it.

I’m in love with this machine; It makes hemming a breeze! I no longer have unfinished projects lying around waiting to be hemmed. It’s easy to thread and to adjust the tension as well. It’s easy to line up the stitches with the notches on the sewing foot but I splurged and bought the clear foot as well.

I am happy with the machine I purchased and am pleased with the service from Sewing Machines Plus. The bonus package was an incentive, since the accessories for this machine are expensive(no fault of Sewing Machines Plus). I would feel comfortable ordering from this company again.
