I love everything about it! no complaints. It came fairly quickly, it works like a dream. I'm super happy with it and I look forward to sewing with it for years to come.

I was a little annoyed at the unexpected backorder that delayed my order's delivery. If I'd known up front it would have been fine, and it WAS fine, I just was disappointed that it was going to take longer than I expected for the machine to arrive.

Good experience. I do wish i would have been able to find a good starter kit on the website though for my first project on this machine. Even been suggested a pattern I could buy. That would have made my life so much easier. But other than that, seemless experience.

This machine is so great! I’d say I’m intermediate when it comes to sewing and this machine is easy enough to use yet makes the finish product look like an advanced seamstress made it. Purchasing was easy with fast shipping. So happy with my purchase!

Only one complaint. Instruction manual is missing one important step for loading a bobbin with thread - the foot must be in the "up" position or all you will get is a beep. We had to search the web to find out what the problem was!

I had a Viking 1100 and just loved it. I had it over 30 years and simply wore it out. I ran across the Jade and the price was good so I bought it. I had lots of extra feet for the 1100 and they fit the Jade --Ya Hoo. I am very pleased with the machine and the price was also great. toss this Jade and the price was good so I bought it. I love it.
