They don't cut!!!! I'm very disappointed! UGH!!

Very disappointed in the Havel Applique left handed scissors. They don't even cut as the blades do not come together except for at the very tip...It pulls the fabric rather than cutting it!! Haven't had a chance to return them as I've been away!! I feel I shouldn't have to pay to return them!! Would you consider paying for my return?
