I love this frame. Directions were perfect, all parts fit perfectly making it fairly easy to put together. I did most of it myself with some help from my husband. Very happy with my deal from Sewing Machines Plus and Grace Frame!

Appreciate the service you provide. Before my frame and light bar were shipped I received a call from a representative making sure I was ordering the correct frame for my machine. Very helpful and friendly!

2 person job to assemble. I am pleased with this purchase. I went from the table top Cutie hoop frame to the Q-Zone. Note: if purchase the table inserts accessory, put them on before putting on the black track and you will only have to make adjustments once.

I haven't had the opportunity to use my new Grace Q-Zone Queen Quilting Frame as I just received a few days ago and am in the process of waiting for my sewing room to be completed. But I can tell you SewingMachinesPlus is my "go to" whenever I'm looking for a bargain. Their prices seem to be the best, their customer service is fantastic and my items always arrive quickly and in good shape. I'm definitely a customer for life.

I bought this to replace the q-zone hoop pro -- I think the smaller frame (the Pro) was better built with double tracks. I've only used the new q zone queen once, so I'm hoping I learn to love it.

Free shipping and no sales tax -- who can top that. Very easy company to buy from. I had problems getting my quilting machine switched to the new frame, but one phone call and that problem was solved. Love the customer service. Five stars!!!

I received this pretty quickly, and customer service was great ! It was easy to put together and its a long unit ! The slide base is smooth and easy to maneuver. I have just started practicing but so far its fantastic! The videos in the website are very helpful and I would like to see more about using the laser and shifting the quilt !!
