Takes some time to assemble. Most instructions were easy to follow with only a couple of questionable areas.

The Grace Cutie Tabletop Hoop Frame had been advertised all over social media at an amazing price. All through the month of May I saw these ads. I checked out all the demonstration videos, showed them to my husband and finally purchased it through my local sewing machine shop. My sewing studio is a couple of days from being ready to try the Cutie out, and I'm beyond excited to try it!

Easy transaction, and they resolved my issues right away. My only issue was that I accidently ordered two Cuties! I was that excited to get one. It's a comfort to know that I can avail myself of any problems through my local Sewing Machines Plus store.

While looking complicated with so many parts, it is organized well. It really wasn't that bad to put together, especially using YouTube. There were a few incomplete steps, like when to go back and tighten some of the screws. The main thing that I didn't understand is why I was charged $689, when on the website it is $589 and yes I got a "free light bar" as per the web special, but it seems more like I was charged $100 for the light bar.

The staff is very helpful, if they make a mistake they are good about getting back to you to correct the error. For example, I was initially told that my sewing machine would not fit. Then Kelly corrected that error, got back to me and said that it would fit and helped me place my order. My only question is regarding the price that I was charged.

Looking forward to using the frame and regulator to do some free-motion quilting projects. Not sure how I feel about the stitch regulator yet but I am overall happy with my purchase.
