I haven't tried it yet just finishing up the quilt but have more to do. So not sure I will do it now or wait until I have all the tops done. But really want to learn how to this.

While looking complicated with so many parts, it is organized well. It really wasn't that bad to put together, especially using YouTube. There were a few incomplete steps, like when to go back and tighten some of the screws. The main thing that I didn't understand is why I was charged $689, when on the website it is $589 and yes I got a "free light bar" as per the web special, but it seems more like I was charged $100 for the light bar.

The staff is very helpful, if they make a mistake they are good about getting back to you to correct the error. For example, I was initially told that my sewing machine would not fit. Then Kelly corrected that error, got back to me and said that it would fit and helped me place my order. My only question is regarding the price that I was charged.

Ordering was easy and simple. I greatly appreciate the sale price on the frame and the 10% off coupon code applied to the stitch regulator. Looking forward to using the frame and regulator to do some free-motion quilting projects. Not sure how I feel about the stitch regulator yet but I am overall happy with my purchase.

It is easy to store ,doesn,t take up much room .easy to put together my only complaint is the top caps that hold the take up pole are plastic and the tiny feet broke trying to put on.

It took me a minute to put the frame together but I was doing it by myself. Thank goodness all the parts were there. I'd love to have all the parts labeled. The parts that go on the right or left side should have been labeled as such as they were so similar. The ones for the front and back were properly labeled. I'm hoping to be able to use this product to complete my quilts.

I received my cutie frame in about week after order. Got it on sale. Setup was easy & straight forward. In a lot of the reviews I read about the cutie and the Jazz II machine (which I have) said they didn't provide an extension for the foot pedal but I found one of the extensions which fit my Jazz without a problem. Now I'm practicing and getting used to free motion quilting by moving my machine instead of my sandwich. Love it so far would recommended it.
