The quality and price of the product didn't disappoint! It fits the hand very well and makes it so much easier to cut. I would also like to say that their customer service was second to none! I contacted them because it had been several weeks since I had placed my order. They responded to my email with a phone call, from a REAL person that spoke english, no less!! Apparently there had been a back order but this individual said she had some in stock at the store and would send it out that day. I got it yesterday. So nice to see this kind of service these days :-)

I spent more time using this site than actually going out to a store to purchase merchandise because the site does not flow smoothly. The merchandise is wonderful, but the flow bothers me.

This is the best rotary blade cutter I have ever used. I am 68 years old and don't have the strength in my arms like I did when I was 30. I took out a piece of heavy canvas scrap to try my new cutter. I didn't even have to press down it sliced right through the fabric. Just like when Grace demonstrates their products. It truly does cut right through the fabric and oh so comfortable to hold. I highly recommend the Grace Rotary Blade Cutter. Also, with the ruler it stays right on the lip no veering off. Thank you Grace and SMP.

The design allows multiple safe ways to hold the handle. I bought it because I love the TrurCut rulers and this allows more accurate cutting. The next improvement should be an automatic release to cover the blade.

The grove in the true cut works great, helps my to stay on the true cut ruler with no problems. I like it and would recommend it to anyone.

Well, I LOVED this until it fell apart! This fell apart the first time I used it, after three 24" straight cuts. Before it fell apart it worked great. I would have been telling you that this is the best ergonomic cutter I've ever used, but the screw came flying off the cutter in the midst of the 3rd cut, and the whole thing scattered into pieces. The diagram on the box is complicated, and I still haven't figured out how to put it all back together.....I am very disappointed....I LOVED it until it fell apart :(
