Have a 50 year old Kenmore and it’s the perfect fit! Compared with my plug for knee control and crossed my fingers. So glad I went for it! After years of using commercial machine with foot pedal for business, going back to my Kenmore with knee control for home sewing was frustrating. Brings the joy back!

The elevation of the pedal is too high for comfort. The cord is too short from machine to pedal where it reaches the floor. When you do press on the pedal to sew, the pedal slides on floor. Would not recommend this foot pedal.

The price for the item was reasonable but the delivery fee and the length of time to receive the item (over a month and a half) wasn't reasonable. A lot of companies and stores have given free delivery for items $25 and over.

I have tried to contact you regarding the incompatibility of this item with my machine. I was on hold, then requested a call-back. Three hours later, I was called back but was immediately put on hold. I did not have the time at that point to wait things out. Please contact me to give me the appropriate address to return the item in my possession. I would also like to pursue ordering the correct item for my machine. The rating I gave reflects these circumstances. I would like the opportunity to speak with someone so that I can make the correct purchase for my machine. Thank you.
