I had to call on the outstanding items to check on and they were in stock. I found the order status online was confusing for the back ordered items. Also surprised the threads that I've used so far are all wound backwards on the spool.

This was my very first purchase. There were a few items on backorder, that held up my order being sent. I thought items in stock would be shipped and the others to follow when they came in. After 10 days I contacted the company via their online chat. I did get a call back however I was unable to answer the phone at that time. My items shipped minus the items that were not in stock. My only disappointment was that 2 of the items was from a buy 3 get 1 free and the free items was on backorder. Instead of giving me the option to replace the item with a different color (which I would have since I did purchase for the sale price) they canceled and refunded me for the items not received. When an item you are waiting for is free the refund is $0 for that item. They had great pricing and I was very satisfied with all the help and followup I received before placing my order but not so much with after the order was placed.
