I was sent the wrong item

I thought I had ordered one that has 3 holes in the plug that connects to the sewing machine, but I received one that has 4. I called last Friday and got a return number and mailed the electronic foot control back on Saturday. At some point later, I'll research it again to find one that will work. The woman I spoke with on Friday was wonderful! My only problem was that the foot control doesn't fit. Thank you!

This did not fit my machine and was not even a three prong plug as it said on the packing slip. It was returned with an RMA and I am awaiting my refund.

The product does not fit well. The plug that attaches to the machine is very loose. My light on my machine does not turn on, and it is not the bulb.
