The hoop didn't work for my machine. I have returned it and am waiting for my refund. The customer service department was extremely helpful.

Not what I ordered, doesn’t fit my machine.

Unavailable I was sent the wrong items. Contacted Vanessa, customer service and she gave me an incorrect email. She also stated she would call me back, but did not. I spent too much money on these hoops to receive the wrong hoops. The package says Brother/Babylock, but the hoops does not fit my Destiny! I would appreciate you fixing this. Thank you
