Having problems with threading. Followed instructions but still unable to operate machine. Sewing area not well lighted. I will keep trying to see what I am doing wrong.

Keeps making and then jamming on bird-nests, or snapping my threads despite the fact I am using proper thread, the needles that came with the machine, and recommended settings in the manual.

Perseverance. There is a learning curve as for all machines but there was a lot of trial and error for me. It has two very desired features. Best free arm. Presser foot lift easier operation, is on the right side of the machine a big plus for more efficient operation. Professional Tailor

It was a nice machine but unfortunately i ordered the wrong one. I meant to order the serger. I didn’t try to return it because of the bad reputation with customer service. The person who did buy the machine from me later said it was an awesome machine though.

I would give zero stars to this Bait and Switch company. They sell you cheap defective products. When you try to return it they want 20 percent restocking fee plus you have to pay your own shipment. They are the worst at customer service. Buyer Be Warned! Do not do business with these thieves.

I purchased this machine in 2018, wasn't able to use it for family reasons, then I started using it in early 2019. Well, after 3 times, parts broke and I took it to a local store because I would have had shipping charges on it to Sew Machines Plus. I am still waiting for the part to arrive and be installed. A total bad experience. Don't purchase this piece of junk.

This might be a very good machine. I will never know as I returned it after a frustrating weekend trying to get it to just sew a good seam. The instruction manual needs to be reworked - BIG TIME. It should be written for a beginner to walk through the processes step by step. The manual assumes the user has knowledge of thread tensions and different fabrics.There is something very wrong if there a 3 conflicting ways to thread the machine as documented in the manual, on the machine sticker and on the actual parts of the machine. There are extra thread guides that serve no purpose that are color coded but never mentioned in the manual. If you already know how to use a coverstitch machine or are a machine psychic, this might be the bargain you are looking for. If you are a complete beginner, this is not what you want.

My buying experience has been very frustrating. I purchased a coverstitch machine online but the machine proved incapable of making a proper stitch. I immediately tried to contact this company to find a solution but have found their after-sale support severely lacking. I left messages six or seven times requesting a call back by someone who could speak to me in Spanish about my malfunctioning machine but none of my calls were returned. I then had a English speaking friend help me contact this vendor and we were able to connect with a Spanish speaking repair technician. He guided me through numerous tests of the machine and eventually agreed that the machine was not performing properly and needed repair or replacement. He promised to send a return shipping label via email. That was days ago and I have yet to receive anything. At this point I worry my money was wasted. I advise potential customers not to risk their money with this company.

I immediately tried to contact this company to find a solution but have found their after-sale support severely lacking.
