I have never had such a touchy machine. In order for the upper & lower threads to lock when stitching I have to make sure I have a new sharp needle & I still have to rethread upper & lower threads several times. I have taken it in several times but no one can seem to fix it for any length of time.

I had to replace the bobbin case two times bobbin costing $75 and the maintenance charge to install total of 140.00. The bobbin doesn't stay in place and needles break constantly. The worst machine I've had in 30 years. Thumbs down I hated it!!

Smooth machine,pretty built in decorative stitches ,great auto thread cuts both top and bottom bobbin threads with one push of a button,wow so easy.Great quilting,free motion,feed dogs drop,Love the stitches,
