This machine performs beautifully! It's also a fairly quiet machine as it stitches. I make quilt labels for my customers and the BES-Blue software is a great tool for lettering. You can also edit embroidery designs as well.

Great seller, prompt shipping, good product. My only complaint was not with this company but with delivery. They left machine sitting on porch. I got text day before which said i would need to sign but was not asked to by delivery company. Would buy from this company again.

I had an overall wonderful experience. Great machine. Incredibly fast shipping time. My only comment would be that the machine actually did have functions that I had asked about and was told it did not have, but it really did. I would have been sold on it sooner had the customer service associate known just a bit more about it.

I just got this on my birthday Oct 20 ,21 I love this machine. Great quality’s is the bigger hoops the great options with the screen and add to your design with just a touch is just awesome. Love this embroidery machine. I’m new to embroidery but I’m a professional seamstress with 35 years of sewing experience I own 8 sewing machine two commercial industrial but I love this one. Hope to enjoy it for many years
