I'd been looking for a Baby Lock sewing machine and had specific features in mind. The Brilliant is just what I needed and this was a great price. Lower in price than other places. And fast delivery! I received it in about 4-5 days. I am very pleased with the machine.

There are a few things, I’m NOT happy about. For one, the J foot is loose. For two, the bobbin cover case is also loose fitting. On top of that, I spoke to someone In technical support, who stated they’d send me another J foot. It’s been close to two weeks, and I haven't received the J foot. I was going to order other sewing gadgets, but i’ll take my money somewhere else. Not happy!

This is an awesome sewing machine, It does so much more than I need right now, but with all these stitches, I know I will play and play. Some great features are the automatic threader, and it also the most quiet sewing machine Ive ever had. This in my first BabyLock and Im in love.

I have started piecing a quilt with my new machine. I am happy for all of the features I never dreamed of. My old machine was completely mechanical, so there's going to be a steep learning curve for me. But everything I've read and seen online is a really big help.

I just received my Baby Lock Brilliant about a week ago and because of the sudden death of my father, I haven't had an opportunity to sew with it yet. I do have it out of the box and the taping off but that's as much as I've had time to do. I have sewn on my daughter's so I know it is amazing and I'm very anxious to get started on some projects.

And while I have only used it for a month or less, I am very well satisfied with not only the features that I have had a chance to explore, but the quality of the machine. Haven't been able to use it much so far but I'm so glad I purchased. Took a while to get here because of the delay from the pandemic but it's here and I'm glad. I replaced my machine that I've had for 30 years. Look forward to many years of sewing with my Baby Lock Brilliant!
