Super easy website. I had received an email letting me know they were out of stock due to high demand and that expected delivery would be in about a month but then I got it like a week later. Sooo happy to have gotten it so quickly! Also, SewingMachinePlus.com has so much variety and it seems like all they sell is high quality yet great prices. I've since placed another order with them! I will continue to come back for all my sewing needs!

So far, it’s been a really good basic machine. Had heard of Babylock in the embroidery arena. Glad I bought it but disappointed in customer service who would not call back or email back to numerous requests during shipping delay.

I only do occasional sewing and repairs these days, so I needed a basic machine that wouldn't break the bank. This is a surprisingly well made machine and really fit the bill. I also love that it's portable, and the carrying handle is a nice touch. I can easily store it when not in use. The instructions were very well written and easy to follow. Great machine!

I bought this for my son to help sew masks for healthcare workers and it is very easy to set up and use. My only complaint is that I wish it was a top loading bobbin as it is difficult to see when the bobbin thread is running low.
