I initially had a great deal of trouble placing my order. The accessory selections in the checkout cart were confusing. When I first tried to complete the order, my credit card company needed to verify that I was making the purchase. When I returned to your site and went through checkout again, my first selections seemed to be locked in and I could not find a way to change and expedite the shipping speed. After purchase, I received emails that something was backorder but it was not clear what or when it shipped.

Love the machine! Easy to thread compared to older sergers that I have owned. Great value for the price!!

Very satisfied with my new Baby Lock Vibrant serger. Easy to use. Used YouTube to learn how to thread serger as Manual was not clear and was very confusing. A little learning curve as I had never used a serger before. I can't believe I waited this long to purchase this serger as it has elevated my sewing projects. My only negative is that the work light could be brighter therefor only 4 stars. Sewing Machines Plus gets 5 stars for service, excellent price and delivery.

I’ve been wanting a serger for a long time and when I ran across this half off deal I knew I could finally get one. I haven’t actually used it yet, but I’m excited to try it. I’m a little weirded out by the number of needles that came in the bundle. Not sure if there’s an explanation for all the different types in the manual, but I hope there is.

I'm brand new to using a serger and the Vibrant is a great introduction! I always finish seams for a neat interior. And I'm finally attempting sewing with knits. Very happy with my purchase.

I appreciate the detailed product information! The customer service follow-up on my sewing table order was also a welcome surprise. I was not aware a custom insert was available to improve the fit and functionality of the table. It will make my sewing set-up even better!

We were using an old singer serger that started skipping stitches. We would get it adjusted and worked for a day. We decided it was time for something new so ordered the Baby Lock Vibrant and so happy we did. Easy to thread, quiet, sews perfect every time. It has been getting a workout and we are so happy with it. Excellent price and fast delivery. Sewed perfect right out of the box. Came already threaded. A+++ all the way.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it's a bit difficult to thread. But all sergers can be tricky. I love the fact that it came threaded with 4 colors - helps me to see where threads are going! Serges very well ... neat and even stitches. My first new serger in 33 years, and I love it!

This is such a fun serger! I see lots of upcoming projects! However, the needles with the bundle were backordered and the thread with the bundle ravels but customer service was great helping solve both of these. I’m looking forward to sewing to my heart’s content!
