I was looking for a non computerized large base machine to upgrade some of the work I do, seemed like this would fit the bill, support staff was great, but machine has many issues that make me unhappy. first, the needle threader is useless, 2nd bobbin winder unevenly winds if more then 1/2 full, I am an experienced sewer, and fix older machines, familiar with adjustments. 3rd threading requires one to stand up and thread from the top, needing to put threads under and over, no room for fingers to get under and over guides, doesn't flow easily. . 4th it does't handle heavy fabric or thick quilts. Not worth the price.

I love this machine. It's faster then what I am used to and the throat space is amazing! I only wish it had a better needle threader and a thread cutter

I've not threaded the machine yet, I need a longer foot pedal cord and now after many attempts, I think there is one coming so now knowing I won't have to return the machine, I plan to thread it today and play some. If it turns out the way it looks, I'll be pleased, I want to put it on my Cutie frame.

As stated earlier, I need a longer foot pedal cord. I worked with the on-line chat a couple of times and was told I'd get a phone call or email "in the order questions were received" After two days of waiting I went back to the chat and found a number to call. My husband called, supposedly the cord extension is on its way. I would have to return the machine and bundle if this were not so.

Quick and easy. Good selection and good prices. The Bably Lock Jazz II was a very reasonable price and the entire process from ordering to receiving it on my front porch was handled without incident.

Your part of the order was excellent. FedEx was terrible. I was especially impressed that the thread that was back ordered was delivered promptly without me having to poke & prod. However FedEx left the package on mailbox a mile from my house & my neighbor brought it to me

I liked it as a back up as I am a professional long armer but I put the needle thru my index finger twice because it would'nt feed thru and I tried to help it one of the times I had to have a needle removed in the er because I could'nt pul it out ouch! so just watch it

The machine arrived FedEx and was supposed to have a signature. Nope! The driver just dropped it and left. I later called for technical support. It took 72 hours to respond and I missed the call. So I had to call back and was put at the bottom of the list again.

Shipped quickly. Machine was just what I wanted. Looking forward to quilting with it. The accessory packet did have a few damaged pieces but will find some replacements.

Perhaps I need to get used to this machine, but I find it has a very loose presser foot. If you are doing a quilt sandwich thickness, it works great, but for sewing two pieces of material together, it does not hold the fabric well under the foot. I just got the machine and need to figure out if this is only a user problem. Sewing Machines Plus had great delivery and I loved the bundle. I just have not had time to contact them or anyone else about my issues yet.

Just took new machine out of box, got it threaded correctly and presser foot will not lower all the way to the needle plate. Called Sewing Machines Plus and a tech person will call back in 24 to 72 hours. I was so excited to get this machine and now so bummed. I'm 3 hours from a repair shop.
