Although my Jazz II broke within a week, this review and rating is about Sewing Machines Plus, not the sewing machine itself. I received my Jazz II and was so excited. But just one week after receiving it the presser foot got stuck in the down position (the presser foot slide on the back just flops back and forth). I called customer service on a Friday and Monday the tech called me back, he was great. He said I would need to send the machine back and customer service would call me to set this up. It was downhill from here. After not hearing anything from Sewing Machines Plue, I decided to contact them on Wednesday and called customer service. I was told they would put my ticket on the persons desk that handled these things and I would hear from her soon. It is now Friday, a full week since my first call to them and five days after I spoke to the technician and I still have not heard from them. I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication and slowness of their customer service. I called customer service a little after 10AM PST. I was told that the woman that is handling my service ticket was in a meeting but she had a note on her calendar to contact me today. It is now 10:30PM EST (7:30PM PST) and I have still not heard anything from Sewing Machines Plus. The only communication is when I call them, other than that NOTHING. No emails, no phone calls. I have a 60 day warranty that will no doubt expire before I ever hear from them. Very poor customer service.

I ordered the bungee clamps for my longarm. One was defective in the set of four. I called and asked if I could just have one to replace the defective one and they sent me a new set of four. Great customer service.

Less than 5 hrs on new machine and have broken 20 needles already. Plate in the way. Contact CS and bottom line is there seems to be a know issue. Some good and some bad machines. Design problem. Very disappointed

I used it for less than an hour and feed dogs started permanently down. So it has been returned to be fixed or switched hopefully. Otherwise seems like a good machine. Tension was perfect. Quiet

Other than it took a while for the machine to get here only to break down, it has been good. Michelle was prompt with her responses and the lady that called about technical support was super even though we both knew it was obviously DOA. So now I wait to hear on the replacement machine.

So far I am loving my new Jazz 2. I'm still learning as I have only been able to use it a few times and I haven't put it on my Cutie Breeze frame yet. But it sews great and it's low noise!

I've only played with my machine a couple of times so far. The only problem that I'm having is adjusting the tension when i use the stretch knit settings. But I know I'll get once I get used to the machine better. Other than that I love my Jazz ll.

I haven’t sewn on a regular (non computerized) machine in years. It took a little time to get used to doing everything myself. However, it sews like a dream! The stitches are perfect. I even love the sound of the machine. I am very happy with my purchase.
