Very happy I selected this model. Great for all around use, sewing and quilting. My only promise so far has been using the needle threader. Only have gotten it to work one time.

The only small disappointment was having to wait for the extension table. Other than that, my experience with your company has been great. I was so glad I found your site when I started looking to upgrade to a bigger, more robust quilting machine. The bonus bundle is great!, I particularly liked that the walking foot was included with it. The sewing machine mat is great too. I had no idea it would make such a positive difference.

I like the machine, but the instructions are a little unclear and I have not been able to use it yet. I had someone from Babylock call to help me troubleshoot my issues and while she was extremely helpful, we were not able to resolve. My next step is to take it to a retailer of these which is 30 minutes from my home. It could just be user error, but I need someone to show me what I did wrong. I'm hoping that is the case, so I don't have to leave it and make a return trip.

Fed Ex was a pain to deal with. I used the tracking number and it said it would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm. I still work so I took off at noon to be sure i WAS HOME. iT TURNS OUT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT AT 11:30 AM. sO i MISSEDIT. i ENDED UP TAKING THE NEXT DAY OFF JUST TO BE SURE i DIDN'T MISS THEM. Fed EX said that ground deliveries don't have a time range. Just anytime on that day will it be delivered. If I ran a business that way, I wouldn't last very long.

Everything is great shipping was a little questionable, took days to get out of California which could have been weather related. Weird travel route, California to Arizona instead of here in Colorado went to Minnesota first then to Colorado. It was about a week late from initial delivery date.
