Everything is great shipping was a little questionable, took days to get out of California which could have been weather related. Weird travel route, California to Arizona instead of here in Colorado went to Minnesota first then to Colorado. It was about a week late from initial delivery date.

I am thrilled with the baby lock Jazz II. I had read some feedback about it's threading and bobbin winding challenges but I carefully followed the instructions and tips on YouTube and have found it very successful to thread and wind the bobbin. Looking foward to learning more with the included online/web based tips. Also, I love the bundle!

Website is easy to navigate, prices are good and the variety of products offered makes it a one-stop-shop for me! I should have done more research on the machine I purchased as it turned out, it is not what I wanted. Unfortunately, I threw away its original packaging and was unable to return the machine. This one is on me and Sewing Machines Plus is still my go to for my sewing needs.

Basic sewing plus quilting! The Jazz II is really versatile! I have had the high end computerized sewing machines and was always having to tweak and fuss with them. So refreshing to be back to the basics with this machine and without spending a fortune! Sewing Machines Plus is my go to store. Great prices, communication, and fast shipping. Very satisfied with my purchase. I have to figure out exactly why the knee lift isn't dropping the machine foot all the way down but so far so good on everything else. Except maybe, I can't find a single hole needle plate??

Love how much bigger this machine is but I wish it had a speed adjuster like my old one. I have gotten used to it and it made things easier for me. Overall great product and the value is amazing

My husband bought me this sewing machine for Christmas and I did a 107 by a107 super king quilt with 4 layers and it sewed it with no problems,no puckering , free hand stenciling is awesome, the only thing is bobbin winding does take practice wrong long loop on bobbin or not right and smooth it does knot. I love this machine I don't know how I sewed by quilts on a 4 inch throat sewing machine . Would I buy this machine again absolutely yes. Would I change anything on it absolutely not such ease changing tension. Stitches, and the 9x12 inch throat is amazing.

I was looking for a non computerized large base machine to upgrade some of the work I do, seemed like this would fit the bill, support staff was great, but machine has many issues that make me unhappy. first, the needle threader is useless, 2nd bobbin winder unevenly winds if more then 1/2 full, I am an experienced sewer, and fix older machines, familiar with adjustments. 3rd threading requires one to stand up and thread from the top, needing to put threads under and over, no room for fingers to get under and over guides, doesn't flow easily. . 4th it does't handle heavy fabric or thick quilts. Not worth the price.

I love this machine. It's faster then what I am used to and the throat space is amazing! I only wish it had a better needle threader and a thread cutter
