To date, my experience has been disappointing, although I feel like this company did not intentionally ship a defective item. I have finally received all of the items in the special package. I have not received the extension table so I cannot provide evaluation of this item.

Fits my machine (Jazz II) well and helps to prevent drag when working on larger (quilt-size) projects -- to a certain degree (it's only 18X24 inches; it does what it's meant to / capable of).

Received product in good condition -- the box was open at one end (no doubt this occurred during shipping - UPS), but the product and components were secured within the package to prevent shifting and therefore arrived undamaged and with all parts included. The price was the lowest that I found among comparable sites, and I am so far very pleased with the product I ordered as well as with my buying experience with this vendor.

I haven't tried the rest of my order, but I have installed this extension table and find it is very handy to have, and better sewing-stable than the curve of the machine's storage unit. It slides out and the extension table fits perfectly on my Allegra.

I did call after my first order seemed to take longer than necessary for shipping. I researched same products online, and came up with a better price at Sewing Machines Plus. I won't hesitate to place additional orders with this shop.
