Looked everywhere for a bag that would fit my Baby Lock Jubilant and this was perfect. Nice solid inside bottom. Appears to hold machine securely. Plenty of room in front pouch for cord and foot pedal. Only negative would be no shoulder strap. Other than that very happy with purchase. Color is prettier in person.

This tote was supposedly made for the Babay Lock Genuine Collection yet my Baby Lock Brilliant which is part of that collection is too big for the tote. Very disappointed.

Shopping online was as expected, the quality of the products received was good, the fact that I feel mislead in my purchases is where I'm having issues. I did sent a response and commented on their website but nothing ever came from that, so I can't even rate their customer service very high. Overall, I may or may not ever purchase any items from them again because of this.
