I’m just an occasional seamstress making little outfits for my grandchildren and needed a self treading serger. This one, the baby lock celebrate was highly recommended by my daughter in law who studied Fashion in school and is the most amazing seamstress. She will recommend any other than a Baby Lock. So that’s why I purchased this one. Haven’t tried it yet because I am super busy right now but I will soon after I have watched the free 60 day instruction video on line.

Am very pleased on how to easy to thread. It sewed a 4 thread seam with all the threads balanced right out of the box.

I love this machine! It sews like a dream and is so much better than my previous serger. I am a little disappointed in the bonus bundle, though. The needles are all universal style. I sew mostly knits on my serger. I wish I had searched further for bonus bundles that included different feet or more useful items.

Sewing Machines Plus was easy to work to include their professional consultants online and on the phone. I contacted to purchase a serger for my wife, with little to no idea what to shop. They guided me through features and values to assist my decision to go with the Babylock, something my wife is completely enamored and satisfied with. My only issue was shipping was supposed pack inside a separate unmarked box to disguise her Christmas present, well, she accepted the front door delivery of the machine five days before christmas and knowing exactly what it was and what it was for. Otherwise, spot-on for all other expectations.

One glitch, my sales advisor included on the invoice to pack the machine in a separate box to disguise the delivered machine at my door step, this did not happen, spoiled wifes Christmas gift surprise. Otherwise, would highly recommend Sewing Machines Plus for variety and selection, values, support, and professionalism.

I have had a previous model for about 20 years snd it still is an awesome machine so chose to replace it with the Celebrate server. I am 83 years young so I’m hoping the Celebrate will fulfill my expectations. I love the burst of air feature to thread the loopers. Great price which motivated me to purchase this serger.

Sale was absolutely awesome. Could not have found a better deal. There was one small hiccup in the overall sale. Still can not obtain the info I requested, but I am sure that with a call I could have that info. Would I buy from them again...ABSOLUTELY. I have yet to find a more knowledgeable team to educate before sale, and during the actual transaction.

Contacted asking about the Accolade inspiration book, and the 6 months of Babylock education. I did receive a missed call while I was working. I called back, and the girl told me someone sent me an email. That email absolutley did not come. The girl on the phone did answer some of my questions but the one detail I wanted was not answered. As I assume that was supposed to be in the email. Other than that my sale was flawless and your team is above the rest. Far and beyond what 99.9 percent of the other dealers and shops I have dealt with. What makes this even more outstanding is you guys are on the other side of the map from me.
