The form came fully assembled. Some assembly on the stand was required, and unlike other reviewers, I have not had problems with the stand. The plastic key used to adjust the form broke after about 5 uses, fortunately a small slotted screwdriver that came with one of my vintage Singer sewing machines worked. This form weighs about half of what my old Royal did. The velour cover makes it somewhat pin-able. I look forward to using it.

I have one small issue, and that's the bottom of the stand. It comes apart somewhat easily, but it's easy enough to rig on your own. Otherwise, I'm really happy with it! This is my second adjustable mannequin, and my first one had the dials, which really got in the way, and sometimes wouldn't hold the sizes and wasn't as flexible. I was able to put my exact sizes in with the keys and didn't have to worry about the sizes being off. It also boosted my self confidence because I've gained weight in the last six or so months and seeing my body shape on the mannequin made me realize it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Anyway, I'm using this to make my own wedding dress and I've had no difficulties as of yet and it's a huge help! I'm so glad I took the plunge and got it. A great price for a great product!

Phone call follow up on email question from Main Office was rapid & appreciated but phone I.D. did not indicate who was calling. I only answered phone when I heard who was leaving message. Company caller I.D. is very important to me. I do not answer unless I know who is calling to avoid all the scam calls I get.

The base does not stay together. Instead of going thru the hassle of sending back, I rigged it.

Shopping experience good. Delivery good .Product slightly defective. Base stand does not stay together. Instead of repacking and returning, I rigged it. Is that why it was 50pct off?
