I received a message from Robert telling me the chair was being discontinued and I would have to pick another product. I called and had to leave a message and Robert never returned my call. I called a second time and found out the chair was not discontinued and I would be receiving an email shortly regarding delivery details. They had no explanation of why Robert left me the message saying my order was cancelled and I would have to choose another product.
