I've been using a table that was the wrong height and would vibrate if I sewed too fast. Now I have my new table -- and I got the insert for my Janome. I have a lot less shoulder pain. I can sew faster!!!! and with the insert, it's all one height making FMQ more fun.

Solid construction, nice to have my machine & table at the same level. However, I am tall, 6 feet, and when the machine is lowered, I hit my knees on it. I will probably need to get risers but I dont think that will be an issue. Just wanted to let you know.
