Would not let me add a 2nd person, even though that was what screen asked for. It went RED and would not let me type in the blanks.

We understand that you were trying to add a second name-order, but the entire screen turned red in color and froze.  This is not a situation reported to us before.  When a screen freezes, it is likely something on your end (especially if the entire screen turns red).  You might want to clear your cache and/or reboot and try again.  If the issue persists when trying to place an order, just give us a call.
