Paying on time to pull up my credit helped a lot. Still need improvement on paying off credit card bills. Would love to pay off and get 100% refundable in due time. I'd re-apply and get credit increase plus looking forward to push my credit towards 800 one day.

So the only thing that I really don't like about self. Is that the credit Score data is not accurate. Maybe they just do it every so often, but my Credit score has gone up-and-down in the last 3 months. And it takes a long time for self to actually catch up to my credit karma data.

Representative did not listen to my concern, ignored my questions and told me that I will receive an email.
I have been a great and valuable customer for years. Never been late on my payments, paid more than my minimum payment and always paid my bill way before my due date..now when I need assistance I am being treated like I don't deserve it. I just want to pay off my balance and find another credit builder credit card that treat and actually help their customers with no problem
