The Sea Eagle team and company were great to work with. I received my Fastcat 14 in under a week. I received the tracking number the very next day I placed my order.
The instructional videos were excellent and easy to follow when assembling and airing up my new boat.
Overall I had an excellent experience. Looking forward to getting my new boat in the water this spring.
The main factor in choosing this boat, was to be able to get on the water once again, but in an economical fashion. The Fastcat 14 is a perfect match for my wife, myself, and our two dogs.

My first order came by FedEx and never got past NX. I contacted Sea Eagle and replaced it immediately. I never received the first shipment to date, as far as I know it is still in NX. Thank you for honoring my order and sending another item. If I receive the original from NX I will contact Sea Eagle immediately for a return label. I am satisfied with the product.

I had ordered 2 boats and FedEx delivered one of them and some wierd other box that was not ordered. It's not clear if a FedEx employee switched some stuff but after communicating with customer service I ultimately received what was originally ordered. I was happy that the company did not make it difficult as I sent pictures of what FedEx delivered and what I had received and, after answering some relevant questions, they proceeded to send the product. I was ready for a fight but I didn't need to be!

Nice product. Only possible concern is small imperfections in rubber coating where boat folds and bends when packing. It appears to create small worn spots in rubber coating.
