I found Same Day Awards via internet search. I had less than 2 weeks to order, proof and send these awards for a company event in another state. I was beyond grateful for the short turnaround time and the final product. I also appreciate that I could actual reach customer service with any questions. I was already stressed out with the short turnaround time. Same Day Awards definitely put me at ease with their prompt responses and attention to detail.

The award we selected was just as we expected. High quality and engraved, ready to present to a worthy student. The customer service team is pleasant and very helpful. We will use them again in the future.

We planned our event late and then rushed to find a vendor who would complete our trophy/award order. We called around to local places in the California Bay Area that were going to try to do the order and they were going to charge an astronomical rate in rush fees. We knew the last minute rush fees were coming but that almost deterred us from buying anything at al for our team members. We knew that they worked hard all year and we needed to do something to show our appreciation. My coworker hopped online again in a last ditch effort and typed in "Same Day Trophy" and Same Day Awards came up. I had some trouble with the ordering website and called Same Day Awards. To my surprise, a live person answered and got me on the right track for orders.
After I placed the order, we got in touch with Lauren and she helped get us through the finalizing process. She helped over the phone and through email after the logos changed multiple times. I was super anxious about getting the order in on time, having the right logo and name on the trophies. She assured me that all the awards would be done properly and made sure all the proofs were sent in a timely manner. She alleviated all the stress. We had to pay extra since our changes pushed the approval process into the next days. I was prepared to pay a large amount for shipping to get them from the East Coast on time. To my pleasant surprise, the additional shipping costs were reasonable!
With all of our obstacles that we put on Same Day Awards, they came through IN THE CLUTCH!!! We received our awards with time to prepare for easy handouts at our event and most importantly they were beautiful!!
We will for sure use Same Day Awards in the future!!!

I ordered 2 different orders from this company, both orders arrived before the scheduled arrival date. Our orders were packaged well and all of our items arrived without issue. I just wanted to say Thank you and Job well done. When I was asked to get some trophies and have them by the next day, I didn't know how I was going to make it possible. After being on the phone calling several other places I searched same day and found you. I can't put in words how happy I was when I received the box hours in advance for our event. Not only was it quick but they looked great. To be able to add our logo was just the icing on the cake. My management was so happy. So again Thank you and Job well done.

My entire experience with Same Day Awards was fantastic!!! I first ordered a trophy from them on Amazon.com and the customer service was remarkable! The responseviness to questions and changes/edits to my order were so fast it made the entire process extremely efficient and stress free! The level of service is a breath of fresh air now-a-days! My next experience was direct through their website and I received the exact same high quality service.. the communication was amazing and the product was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected! Definitely a 10 out of 10 across the board! They clearly operate with a high level of integrity and show it by how they handle their business interactions, both through Amazon and direct from their website. Highly Recommend!!
