My last order should not have been shipped during a winter storm. The temperature dropped to 28 degrees and all the fish had perished before they made it to my door.
Now just to order the fish that were lost cost me a shipping fee which I think is unexceptable.

1 orange clown fish and orange anemone both didn't make it. I sent pictures earlier of them. Clown live about 20 minutes orange anemone was dead on arrival. . Want a refund on those 2 items

My order was supposed to be sent to me on Saturday March 30th at 12noon ( which I paid extra for), but I didn't receive it until Monday April 1st around 10:15am. When the order arrived a few fish were dead, some bags didn't even have water in them and others were taped up. Among the dead fish were the trigger fish, foxface and 2 days ago one of the seashorses died. The powder blue tang was in bad shape. When I went to the tracking information it said that the items were damaged in transit and they would contact the shippers. I reached out about it and have been in communication with someone about the state of the powder blue tang, but I have yet to receive any responses on if I'll get a store credit or will new fish be sent or anything. I have ordered from you guys before and this experience this time was definitely very bad. I know how the transport companies handle the fish are out of your control, I'm just disappointed on the low level of communication on how to make this experience right.
