Safety Services is not responsive, can't get people on the phone, can't get people to call you back or respond
in a timely manner. No urgency. Service level very poor. I will be shocked if i receive any feedback or inquires regarding this survey.

Whenever we needed an update or had a question, it would take DAYS before we got a response. Safety Services was very attentive when they wanted us to renew the contract for payment, but when it came to services, we just didn't get our money's worth. We ended up handling a lot of items on our own, because items were time-sensitive, and we were not getting a response from your company. Also, the pricing was a lot higher than what we are now paying with our current service. They've responded within minutes to inquiries rather than days.
I had to cancel my payment after a month went by with no one working on getting my Saftey plan set up. Then all of a sudden after they realized that I disputed the payment they were full if excuses and now ready to work. Then they called multiple times for me to pay again. And every time I had to tell them that I still wasn't approved with comply works because they were still missing things. So now almost 2 months later I have finally been approved. I should have waited 2 months to pay them but I didn't. I couldn't be more disappointed. This is the first time that this has happened after having them do my Saftey plan numerous times over the years.

I only receive boilerplate emails. I always ask to have a phone call to complete whatever issues may arise. I had to reach out to veriforce on my own to resolve issues that have not been addressed for the last seven or eight months. I don't feel safety services has help me manage my veriforce account to any recognizable degree. Not happy at all. It's a very expensive service that doesn't have the service part, only the expensive.
You people are frauds. I will be announcing this to many many safety professionals at my next best practice seminar with the AGC. It's my fault to have believed what you had to offer was actually going to happen. I will be cancelling my contract at the end of the year. Complete waste of money as well as my time. But I guess you can blame it on COVID 19 hunh?

I have mentioned to multiple organizations my overall dissatisfaction with the company. I sit on the Board of multiple Safety alliances, and multiple large scale companies, and I have mentioned your company by name as one to avaoid.
I look forward to the end of my contract with you more than I can describe in words that I can add to this survey.

Stacey took months to get me my Veriforce certification, which I still have no idea if I am done or not. But, you cashed the checks I sent.

I continue to have trouble with the online training. I would prefer it be removed from the package.
The systems locks up and we cannot complete any program.

It seems since we have signed a contract with you folks. I get an email of what is needed and I will call to say "lets set up a meeting". With no success from your end. I am not pleased with the service that is being provided by Safety Services Company and am contemplating looking for a new third party

Our PEC account has at least seven items in the questionnaire that have not been addressed. I was told your EH&S manual is in review for acceptance which does me no good. When will I see my account problems addressed. Our account manager Danika is doing a good job and I do not want this problem to affect her performance since it is not her problem. She has did all she could and is very helpful, but the main reason I hired your company was to get my PEC items accepted with no fail scores and this is not happening. If your manual hasn't past inspection soon....I would like my money back for breach of contract.

I do not feel we receive any benefits from SSC on a monthly basis. We have to generate all the numbers for entry so we may as well submit the numbers ourselves. The cost we pay is not indicative of the services received.

I was told my the salesperson that they would 100% be able to get a grade variance, the coordinator then told me that they couldn't. After that, the salesperson said that we would not be granted a grade variance by the client. We than spoke with the coordinator who said that they actually got a kickback email from the customer client rather that a denial. I quit using your service that day and i will not be back.

Although safety services marketed itself as having experience with Achilles, in reality most of the work and research was done by me. In addition, even though we still have a contract for maintenance on Achilles, when a staff member contacted Safety Services for a copy of the final uploaded document, nobody could provide us with one because you apparently don't have a document versioning system. Finally, we were contacted by some sales person in your office who sent us an invoice for services we never requested then threatened us by stating that we would be in violation of maintaining ISN if we didn't purchase your services.
It has been a really disappointing experience.

My overall experience was not a good one. We paid a lot of money to have ISN and other sites maintained for us and just constantly just received emails with information requests. I understand you need information periodically but that is not the case here. I would get a list of things needed. what was all the money we paid for if i am consistently feeding you the information, if that was the case i might as well do it all myself. It would be different if my ISN was compliant and properly maintained buut it is not and has not been for a long time. I have done some research and found a company that will do a much better job and for a cheaper price. From what ive seen I am not the only one that feels this way. Ive seen all the reviews on the BBB site.
NO service since i joined Nissei back in Sep 2017.
if i could rate zero, i would have do that.
