Janel Bruguier is a great safety and compliance manager. She keeps up with the requirements to maintain our status with ISN, Avetta, Browz, etc. She addresses our needs and resolves issues timely.

For the most part everything has been good. We have had issues with employees getting locked out and having to start the course over several times; however, customer service worked with us on these matters.

Honestly, I have no problem with the our current representative. I do have a problem with the fact that the previous one could not fix the account number issues that Safety Services messed up. This is Taft Construction and we have been with Safety Services for a long time - our account number was 001990 - which is on all of our paperwork going back for years. Taft Electric, Inc. came along and somehow they combined the accounts. We finally had the accounts split; but they gave Taft Electric, Inc. our account number (001990) and gave us a new one (3213523). I want this fixed and nobody has been able to. It has been extremely frustrating!

Christine is great. The only feedback i have is that my company is small and is just a check the box experience. When something flags Christine does a great job of getting with me and getting the information needed to update the box but knows nothing about my company or how we deal with our customers that require us to update PEC.
