Any interaction with my Safety & Compliance Manager has been very helpful. Amy is/has always been very polite and professional and willing to do whatever is needed to make the most of her services for our company. This not only applies to Amy, but to all with Safety Services that I have spoken with. I also appreciate the fact that, as an English speaking American, anyone I have spoken with at Safety Services has been very articulate and easily understood. This is very important in that all business communication is being done by phone.

I am very pleased with the support that I receive from Danica, our Safety & Compliance Manager. It is a huge relief to know that she has an eye on the needs and requirements for the different contractor databases.

The only criticism is the pricing for support of multiple contractor databases. Although Safety Services has worked with us, which is appreciated, there should be a multiple platform discount, if a client has more than more than 1 database to support. Much of the information is similar across the databases, and therefore once the data is collected for one, it is easy to update/complete the data for other databases.

I really like how they review OSHA/Insurance programs and notify us when a request is going to arise before it expires. We submit the data to them and they enter the details.

The area we run into complications is when a state has an exception to the "programs expected protocol" and explaining that this particular state does not require a companies registration, or cannot be exempted from Subrogation for Workman Compensation, etc. I have had to submit state information from the internet showing we are not required to be registered or provide a letter from Workman Compensation for Safety Services to submit to IS Network These programs, such as IS Network, should know each states rules and regulations.

Andrew Papsdorf is OK at his job. I just have him managing the day to day aspects of ISNet. Sometimes he cannot help me, like when ISNet wants a succession plan for our Pandemic Preparedness plan.

If it is anything big or important, I have to do it anyway. This is due to ISNet's client base, who are the ones driving the requirements.

I can't seem to get an exemption from International Paper for Right to Stop. To me, Right to Stop (RTS) is more for an assembly line environment. Our guys can and do stop whenever they run into a problem. I don't need all the documentation headaches that RTS demands. It is a complete waste of time and resources for us to get sucked into this requirement and its endless paperwork.

Overall, everything is good. There were issues with the techs getting locked out at the end of the course and had to start the course from the beginning.

Its been a good experience overall.

The only complaint we have (over the past year) is the amount of turnover that there has been, which involves having to get used to new Account Managers.

We are happy to have Esmeralda currently as she has done a good job.

They stay on top of the ISNetwork, which helps alot. With me being the HR Manager and Safety Director, is can sometimes be hard to keep up with all the requests. Otherwise going good

The overall picture of Safety Services seems to have changed from when we first started doing business with Safety Services. The inter - reaction of customer to Safety Services is more distant than previously. There is very little contact between Ponderosa Oilfield Service, inc. and Safety Services.
