For several years, Safety Services had been the "go to" company for assistance as our company grew. The account managers, presently Ashley Hammon have been helpful, quick to respond to our needs, courteous and professional.

Our company was recently acquired and changed our name, our CSR helped walk through the process of changing our name with both of our compliance services - ISN and Avetta, making the experience much less painful. Thanks Ashley for your assistance!

Ashley does a good job in communications with us. I just wish there was a way to make notes in the customer file, and maybe there is and they need to be reviewed, to avoid all constant back and forth on repetitive issues such as training modules, OSHA information, selling of other products. Once every 6 months or once a year is sufficient for most of this.

Safety Services has been a great help in getting compliant with certain companies and their many requirements.

They make the use of the IS Network less complicated. We also receive our Health & Safety Plan from them. This is helpful when updates are required for the field personnel and those updates are also uploaded to IS Network.

I think Monica Gonzales does a fine job. She is polite, accurate, and timely.
My only fuss with Safety Services and IS Networld is this: The services are way too paperwork oriented. They are looking for legal boxes to be checked. None of this improves my safety or the safety of my employees. The manuals are written to pacify lawyers. The cannot be understood by the average hourly employee.
I do not feel any safer today than I did before I purchased your serrvices.

After dealing with turnover, and going through multiple Account Managers for our account, things are going great with Esmeralda Leon-Munoz. She has done a good job communicating and staying on top of items that need our attention. She is a pleasure to work with.
