Christine seems to be very customer focused however we have had to send reports / information a couple time that have been already sent. On The resent Ball Corp Pre-qual this has happend.
But over all a very nice person.

Timeliness of response and clarity for what my customers require versus a suggestion. It is or is not required and does it impact my grade, that's the bottom line! Proactively make me aware for what's due that does impact my grade so not to let it fall to an F score and my customer notifies me

Overall the reps who deal with the account have been decent. Do have to stay on them when you receive notices regarding your account. Sales department never gives you the honest answer about what you are purchasing, year after year. Always trying to upsell you on more items.

It seems to us that much of the legwork that we expected Safety Services would be doing, still needs to be done by us, so the value for the money also seems to be less than what we hoped.

As I told Monica, as I was reading over the HSE Manual I could not believe a company as large and as highly rated as Safety Services was, you would send out a Manual which, apparently, had not been proof read and corrections made. It makes me wonder as to how many of the manuals sent to other companies contained the same mistakes. I would have thought such a boiler plate manual would have been read over numerous times and such problems not been noticed. Then I was asked to send y'all the mistakes I found (which probably was not all the mistakes) and then you sent back a .pdf file with the corrections.
For the amount of money we have paid for 2 years worth of service, I am finding your company does very little to keep us in compliance with ISNetworld. Other than the manual, which is excellent, other than the mistakes in it, if I want training programs, we need to pay for them. This was something I did not understand when I first contacted you and thought the programs would be included. When I asked about the trainings, I was told the cost and then I was apologized to for not having that part of the program included in your price.
For the cost of my reading and correcting your mistakes (which takes some time to read the HSE Manual), maybe you might want to compensate our company in some way.

Too much change in personnel - never know from week to week who is taking care of our accounts. Would prefer a single designated individual or a team that can be emailed to resolve any issues or answer questions.

Lately I have been disappointed with the service that I've been receiving. Multiple times over the last few months we have received our list of things to do and they continue to include things that have already been done. However because they are on the list we go in to double check; this is frustrating since we are paying for this service to assist us and save time and we end up wasting time. I have also asked our rep if she is just sending "form letters" to us about what needs to be done. She assured me she wasn't and that her full attention was on our account; within the next week she twice sent us information with the wrong company's name on it. There have also, recently, been a couple of times where information was mis-entered causing us to have to go in, correct it, explain why it was entered improperly, and spend extra time with our customers to clear up the mistake in order to continue working for them.

Mike Dean was very helpful when we started our search for a vendor to help and support our re-entry into the ISN. 3-9-21 Mike sent me a PDF of an HSE program that was about 700 pages which I needed to find time to review. 3-12-21 I emailed Mike an extensive EDIT of language that was incorrect throughout this manual shown in this proof and subsequently I received an HSE document from you guys, binder and all with the same problems. Mike worked with your team to clean this up and I acknowledged it looks more applicable to our 'company' and not me personally. Once we signed you guys up it seemed like there was a disconnect on services and communication with our so-called personal support person Amy. 3-18-21 I received an email from Amy with another HSE program that was for another company (Armor Mechanical)?? I responded on 3-22-21 as to what this was about? Then we heard nothing until Danica chimed in with a few emails. Then there was another person Jasenia who started to get involved. Jasenia worked on getting our account up to date with a customer PEPSI/Frito Lay which is what we thought we signed up for the 1st year service/maintenance. I expect to get our finalized copy sometime soon so we can actually introduce this to the team here. I hope the confusion and lack of communication is behind us.

I fund your company very lax in customer service. My service rep missed our insurance certificate upload even though they were issued in plenty of time. This cause us to have an F with several of our big clients.

Andrew Papsdorf in my opinion is what makes my experience with Safety Services the best. I personally appreciate everything he does for us as I honestly can't keep up and appreciate his keeping and helping me stay current.

I was told by the sales person who sold me on the services that I was able to use Safety Services for any help and policies required and this was included in my fee. I ask for a COVID 19 policy and they told me there would me a cost for this.

I had an Issue with an OSHA Citation on PECdata/Veriforce. I asked Ashley if she could check into it, I never heard back from her. I called them myself and got the issue taken care of. I feel like the service is quite expensive for the service :(

Would have been wonderful to know that our rating was mainly based on our EMR and not necessarily on the information we had already populated into ISN. Would also be great if we receive notice on what exactly was updated on the on the scheduled maintenance if there were items missing. Not just the routine maintenance. Also would be wonderful if the proper individuals were sent correspondence when ISN information is required. We have 4 personnel that this needs to go to in the event someone is OOO.

I expected that safety services would have been more capable of working directly with third party auditors and clients on the other side to effectively resolve issues independently rather than us continuing to provide significant time through our own customers to find a back door with the TPA on the client side. It seems to me that TPA's are such an impediment to effective client to provider effective communication that it facilitates the creation of organizations such as Safety Services simply to navigate the onerous and mutually incompatible requirements.
