Overall, experience has been great. The one recommendation I would have is the way information is emailed to clients with multiple locations. For example, at the beginning, I sent a list of all our clients and which of our offices perform work with each client. It would be helpful to receive the updates in that list under each client so I can quickly send the required documents or request information from the offices doing work with that specific client.

Only Issue I have is with the billing Dept. I can understand harassment is a bill is over due,
but the consistent hounding of payment before an Invoice is due is just wrong.
