I was more satisfied when we had someone permanently assigned to our account, as I felt like we got to know each other and they were familiar with our company. We've had a temporary rep for quite a while, and she's very good, it's just a bit disconnected when it's not your regular rep.

Drew Olsen is a joy to work with. He is always helpful and responsive and he's very knowledgeable and willing to help us through any issue we may experience. The only draw back to Safety Services is the online tasks that are driven by the hiring clients can be burdensome for a small contract such as ourselves. However, any issue we need to work through, Drew is always there when we need his help.

Safety Services Company has always been good in the past and now we have them again but don't seem to get as quick a response as in the past when emailed. However, overall they are worth using to help out with all of these different programs needed.

My manager does do her job but I feel like when I have to contact her it is a bother for her to have to do anything extra that is needed. There have been times that I have had to call her and have not received a call back but also received an email that was totally unrelated within 30 minutes.

I love that safety services is able to handle the majority of compliance necessities for our company. They are generally accommodating and you can tell they care for the customers needs.
