I would like to say if all of your personel treat their clients as well as Ms. Stacey Williams, SS, has no problems or worries. She is without a doubt one of the best people persons to work with totally on the phone, that I have ever had the privilege to work and associate. She is quick, knowledgeable and willing to do the extra to accommodate her customers.

Very professional and helpful. Only complaint is that I did not understand all the cost related to this service. I have continued to receive calls that say thank you for the annual subscription but you also need to pay for updated manuals and another time a call saying I need to pay even more for on-line training. This is a great service but the experience is very frustrating as I continually have to go back to the well to get additional funding.

Safety Services Company has been very helpful in keeping us up to date with our safety requirements. My only complaint would be that it sometimes takes them a little while to get back to me. But once they do, things get taken care of!

My only complaint is with the billing & sales departments. I have been asking for months for our invoices to reflect the date of service that they will be covering. Multiple requests of mine have gone unanswered and I am still receiving invoices that do not reflect this date of service. We need something that spells this out for us so that we understand what we are paying for. If this cannot be reflected on this invoice then someone needs to tell me that and come up with a document that states this. I and my colleagues have spent too much time dealing with such a simple request. This issue is still unresolved. I have not contact Nathan on this but maybe i should have, because everything that he has done has been great.

I like to use Safety Services because they keep us current with ISNetworld among other things and that takes the headache away from me. It frees me up to take care of important company duties like billing.

Over all service has been great. I have had some issues with when a new requirement is added to my ISN account I found the requirement by going in to my REVS but then I am letting you know of the change or update. The last one was done in a few days all is good again. My rep has been doing an awsome job since she took over my account Lesline Onley has been great and I do Apprichate he help on the issues I have brought to he attention. I want her always on my account.

Erika Rivera has been on top of everything that needed to be taken care of with our account since we first became a customer.
