For the most part I am happy with my experiences with my contact. I have at time been sent info from a different person which kind of throw me. But after call I learned that this was just a stand in for a short period of time.

Mandy is getting a little more comfortable with our account now , the handover possibly did not include all information on us . We look forward to working with her in the future , anticipate no problems.

Safety Services Company has been very helpful in keeping us up to date with our safety requirements. My only complaint would be that it sometimes takes them a little while to get back to me. But once they do, things get taken care of!

It was a good experience.

It just makes it very simple to have someone help to keep things up to date. Our representative is always there to let us know what we need to do to stay compliant and helps us to file the necessary paperwork.

PROS: Good and timely reminders. Proactive contacts. High level of courtesy.
CONS: Since I am very new to ISN World I would certainly appreciate more guidance and attention to get me up to speed with the platform.

Very thorough, saved us a lot of work

My only complaint is with the billing & sales departments. I have been asking for months for our invoices to reflect the date of service that they will be covering. Multiple requests of mine have gone unanswered and I am still receiving invoices that do not reflect this date of service. We need something that spells this out for us so that we understand what we are paying for. If this cannot be reflected on this invoice then someone needs to tell me that and come up with a document that states this. I and my colleagues have spent too much time dealing with such a simple request. This issue is still unresolved. I have not contact Nathan on this but maybe i should have, because everything that he has done has been great.

Overall everything is working good, no big issues.

I like to use Safety Services because they keep us current with ISNetworld among other things and that takes the headache away from me. It frees me up to take care of important company duties like billing.

Knowledgeable staff and very willing to help.

It is a great service and helps me tremendously! There have only been a handful of times i had to call to have somethings fixed our on ISNetworld account, nothing major just reminder that some fields needed attention. I appreciate all the help Christine provides!

Over all service has been great. I have had some issues with when a new requirement is added to my ISN account I found the requirement by going in to my REVS but then I am letting you know of the change or update. The last one was done in a few days all is good again. My rep has been doing an awsome job since she took over my account Lesline Onley has been great and I do Apprichate he help on the issues I have brought to he attention. I want her always on my account.

Erika Rivera has been on top of everything that needed to be taken care of with our account since we first became a customer. Erika has helped us navigate through all of the forms and questionnaires that our various customers request from us in order to continue to be an approved vendor in their systems. She does this without needing to be asked and regularly notifies us of any changes or updates.
